The MAPP Framework is a community driven, strategic planning tool for improving the performance of local public health systems and creating healthy communities. • Organizing
  • Visioning
  • Assessments
  • Strategic issues
  • Goals/strategies
  • Action cycle

The website has numerous resources, including technical assistance for conducting each phase, a peer assistance network for MAPP users, tip sheets, and case studies.
