Obesity

Being obese increases the risk of developing chronic health problems like heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and certain cancers (CDC External Web Site Icon). The CPSTF has recommendations and findings for intervention approaches to prevent and control obesity, including a set of eight reviews for school-based interventions.
