This Task Force meeting will be dedicated entirely to Task Force methods. The meeting will therefore be a one-day session held via webinar rather than the traditional in-person meeting. There will be a 100-participant limit for the web meeting, provided on a first-come, first-served basis. All participants must register for the meeting by February 22, 2016 at 5 pm EST. Participants will receive registration confirmation with meeting instructions within two business days.

Who should attend?

General public, policymakers, public health professionals, health practitioners, program planners, and other decision makers in communities, including leaders at companies, schools, public health agencies, healthcare institutions, and health plans, at the local, state, and federal levels.

Send an email to CPSTF@cdc.gov to register for the February 2016 meeting. Please indicate that you wish to attend the live stream meeting.

Registration Deadline for Live Video Stream: 5:00 p.m. EST, February 22

Additional information will be sent to registrants requesting connectivity via the Internet in advance of the meeting.

Live Video Stream

Individuals may view presentations via live video stream on the Internet. Participants can view the live stream during meeting presentations as indicated on the meeting agenda. The live video stream will be closed captioned for individuals with hearing impairments.

The link to view the live stream will be sent to registrants after RSVP email has been received. To attend via live stream, please send an email request to CPSTF@cdc.gov. The live stream is only viewable during scheduled times; please see meeting agenda.

Comments and Questions

There will be a public comment period during the meeting. Instructions for making comments are provided with registration. Written comments will be accepted up to two weeks after the meeting and may be sent to CPSTF@cdc.gov.
