Violence Prevention: Youth Transfer to Adult Criminal System

This review considers laws or policies that facilitate the transfer of youth to the adult criminal justice system to reduce interpersonal violence, either specifically, among those youth who have experienced the adult justice system, or generally, as a deterrent to the youth population as a whole.
