Reducing Secondhand Smoke Exposure
These interventions seek to reduce exposure to secondhand smoke, which is a preventable cause of significant illness and death.
Task Force Recommendations & Findings
This table lists interventions reviewed by the Community Guide, with Task Force findings for each (definitions of findings). Click on an underlined intervention title for a summary of the review, and where available, Research-tested Intervention Programs (RTIPs).
The Task Force also recommends selected interventions that address two or more strategies to reduce tobacco use and secondhand smoke exposure.
