Search Strategy

Search Terms

The Community Preventive Services Task Force finding is based on evidence from a systematic review published in 2006 (Walsh et al., search period January 1980-July 2003) and a more recent Community Guide review (search period July 2003-January 2012). In updating the evidence, The Community Guide used the same search strategy that was used for the Walsh 2006 review. The following databases were searched from 1980 up to 2012 to identify studies of team-based care: MEDLINE and the Cochrane Effective Practice and Organisation of Care (EPOC) registry.
